NBFAA Membership Descriptions and Applications

Whether your company is in the electronic life safety, security, or systems industry or includes members of the industry among its customer base, NBFAA has a membership to meet your needs.

Regular membership is offered to companies classified as an Installing Dealer or a Third Party Monitoring Company. Installing Dealer regular members provide installation, repair, and/or monitoring of security alarms, fire alarms, or other electronic security systems. Third Party Monitoring Company regular members provide monitoring of security alarms, fire alarms, or other electronic security systems.

NBFAA Regular Membership Application

Associate membership is open to any individual or business that is engaged in the business of manufacturing, distributing, supplying, dealing in or selling products or services, other than monitoring services, generally used and relating to and necessary to the members of the association.

NBFAA Associate Member Application

Multi-Branch Company membership is offered to companies with two or more offices in one but not more than 14 states that provides installation and repair of security alarms, fire alarms, or other electronic security systems.

Multi-Branch Company Membership Application

National Company membership is offered to companies with offices in 15 or more states that provides installation and repair of security alarms, fire alarms, or other electronic security systems.

National Company Membership Application

Public Safety membership is offered to any member of the police or fire department of any governmental organization, or any governmental agency concerned with law enforcement or fire safety upon the request of their department head.

Public Safety Membership Application

Affiliate membership is offered to any individual or business that does not otherwise qualify for membership under any other membership category, but has the capability of contributing significant value or expertise to the electronic security industry, or provides design, installation, service or monitoring of electronic security systems for its own use and not to either the general public or to alarm dealers.
