Classes

 
 March Training is the 18th - 20th. THE CLASS IS FULL UNLESS WE HAVE SOMEONE WHO CANCELS SOME OF THEIR PEOPLE. i WILL PUT ON THE SITE IF WE HAVE ANY OPENINGS.
 
IN FUTURE, COMPANIES WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED 30 SLOTS TO BEGIN WITH, SINCE WE HAVE TO LIMIT OUR CLASSES TO 65.

Contact Linda @ liferguson@adt.com.  We are going to test some things with Training this time.  You will contact me with slots wanted for the Training and then you will pay for them and be responsible for the cancellations and changes. We are going to try to keep enough books on hand,so we don't have to worry about the 3 week count.We have to have at least 30 to have a class, so we need to know approximately how many as soon as you know. Definate count now 2 weeks before.                      7:30am on Thursday for registration, 7:45am on Friday & Saturday.

Monday,  I need the final lists of students. Please do on excel, with last name & first name separated and last name alphabetically.                             MUST BE THEIR LEGAL FIRST & LAST NAMES!!!!

 

 

MANY TIMES WE ARE NOT IN A BUILDING WHERE THE ATTENDEES CAN GET WATER OR ANY KIND OF SNACKS,

PLEASE LET YOUR PEOPLE KNOW AHEAD OF TIME!!!  They can always bring snacks & drinks to class.

 

FOR THE ATTENDEES:

1. They must be registered through their company or have talked to Linda & made arrangements ahead by 2 weeks.

2.  From this date forward, (09/23/2009) anyone coming more than 1/2 hour late will not be allowed into the class. We will be closing the doors.THE STUDENT MUST ATTEND ALL DAYS!

     (There are always emergencies, then they can contact their office & have them contact Linda or one of the teachers)

     (Oversleeping is not an emergency)

3.  Attendees are not allowed to have their cell phones on in the classroom.

4.  Attendees must not write anwers on a seperate paper or write on the TEST!   IN FUTURE, THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO  HAVE  THE TEST GRADED! They will have to take the class over.

5.  They must bring supplies (some companies supply their employees), if not, be prepared to pay $1.00 for them.

6.  We have a lot of college students who take this course, and tell us they have to take a test, they must make arrangements ahead of time with the teachers & make up their time. If it is too much time missed, they may just be asked to take class another time.

Each student is required to bring the following to the class:
•Picture I.D.
•Training Manual Tab System (Most Students use Post-it note pads)
•Pencils
•Highlighters (3 colors)
•Calculator
•Post-it note pads (small ones are better for tabbing)
